Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i am a licensed insurance agent will a NOLLE PROSEQUI affect my licencing? They said if i took a plea deal it would. But they dropped the case will this still affect me getting jobs? Will it show up negatively on my record

The Nolle Prose means the state dropped all charges. However, the case will still show up on a background check but it will show up as dismissed. Any case that has been dismissed in this way is eligible for expungement, which is what you will have to do to erase it forever.
