Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I have a life threatening medical condition which i have had over 35 years and my wife knew the serious effect of emotional distress on my body. We are currently under going a divorce after 23 years of marriage and the stress from her attorney/family staged events, induced over 50 seizures and a severe stroke which has left me at a level of disability 40% higher than pre divorce condition at which time i was recovering from an earlier stroke in may of 08. She is well aware that her actions caused the injuries but doesn't accept responsibility for the damage. She has put me out of business on 3 seperate occasions to prevent me from being able to represent myself with legal protection. Her attorney has made statements in correspondance letters which vaguely incorporate his knowledge of my condition into the outcome of his clients representation and outcome
