Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Getting someone to listen

May I send the judge my evidence to prove my sons innocense? Can I ask to mt with the judge to exclaim what evidence to keep my son out of 75 years of prison? Do Att. have to do so many probono cases?

Any communication you attempt with a judge concerning your son's case should and will be ignored because of its improper. While it is always good for private attorneys to accept cases without charging clients, it is not required. Those without sufficient financial resources will qualify for appointment of the Public Defender.

No it would be highly inappropriate to send a judge evidence. A judge will not meet with a defendant's mother. Lawyers are not required to take any pro bono clients.
