Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i live in an apartment in a not so great neighborhood. If a person were to forcefully break in while my fiance and I are here what is the law on killing that person?

Simply put you have the right to defend yourself and your family from intruders, including deadly force, if necessary. That said, you would be dealing with a serious investigation, anytime a homicide happens.
