Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I live in central FL, I was charged with possession of marijuana/paraphernalia about two years ago and paid a fine leaving me with a " withhold of adjudication". I've been trying to find reliable resources to figure out how this "withhold of adjudication" will impact my future. Especially since I'm in school to get my Bachelors in Education.

That would be impossible to answer. It affects some people in a very negative way and some people it does not affect at all. It really just depends on your situation. I can tell you that if you're looking to go into teaching that you must disclose it. On the bright side you were not convicted of this crime but it will appear in your record unless you get sealed. Even if you get it sealed you must still disclose it for the teaching profession.
