Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I live in Daytona Beach Fl.,and I would like to know what steps I need to take to seal my record. When convicted in 1996, I was a youthful offender, and I thought it was done after my sentence was over.I would like to take my daughter on field trips but can't do to my record.I was 18 yr. at the time, and am now 33yr. I have gotten 1 speeding ticket since that time, and nothing else. If I could get some guidence It would be great.
