Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I live in Fla. I am 43. When I was 20 I was convicted of a class e felony trsspass in NY. I have not been in triuble since. I wish to have my rights restored so my dad can send me my grandfathers hunting rifle, as it was handed down to him. How do I do this. Thank you. Robert Allen Martin Jr.

You need to talk to a NY attorney to see if you can get your rights restored. That might include getting it sealed or expunged, but I'm unsure if NY allows that which is why I suggest you call a NY attorney.
