Fact is, you can't get anything sealed or expunged. Once you have been convicted of even one minor crime, you are forever barred from getting a sealing or expungement on any charge.

Mr. Epifanio's correct in that if your statment is accurate and you were convicted of anything, then you don't qualify for sealing or expunging your record.

Florida statutes don't permit you to seal or expunge your record if you've been convicted of a crime. I suggest you confirm that you were in fact convicted and if so, you won't be able to remove anything from your record. If, on the other hand, you have never been convicted but instead received a withhold of adjudication, then you can seal (but not immediately expunge) your record of ONE case. Florida statutes don't allow you to seal or expunge a series of cases. Those eligible for an expungement are limited to expunging one case.

Good luck and feel free to call my office should you need clarification on the issue.
