Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I live in florida and I was arrested 5 years ago for 3 fradulent use of credit card. i was placed on 5yrs probation ordered to pay restitution, community hours and a drug evluation.adjudication was w/held on all charges. I just got off of probation in 09 but because of my past im affraid to apply for jobs due to my arrest record. When applying for jobs should i advise prospective employers my criminal history? i was told that I dont have to because i was not convicted. Please Help

You must read the question on any application very carefully. If the question asks whether you have ever been CONVICTED of a crime, you can answer NO. If the question asks whether you have ever been ARRESTED or PLEADED GUILTY OR NO CONTEST to a crime, you must answer YES.
