Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i live in Florida and i need to know how i can find out whether or not i am a felon. I was on felony probation and violated and i can't remember if adjudication was with held or not after my violation.

Most likely, if you violated probation, you were adjudicated and are a felon now. Check with the clerk in the county where you were placed on probation.

Mr. Waggoner is correct in that if you violated probation, they usually adjudicate you guilty as a felon. However, they don't always do that so check with the clerk and see if you were adjudicated guilty AFTER the violation of probation was resolved.
