Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I live in florida. My girlfriend is 14 I'm 18. I'm a senior she's a freshman. We both are waiting until marriage for anything sexual. Can I legaly kiss her if I keep my hands where they're suppose to be? We go to the same school, we hold hands and kiss. Is there any legal issues here?

No legal issues based solely on your post, and while it appears that you are both being smart, just be careful not to let it progress past kissing or hand holding. Not to be preachy, but I'm sure you know it would be best to wait to even date until after she turns 18 (or at least 16) since parents often will find excuses to accuse you of inappropriate behavior.
