Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I live in Florida and the following is a list of problems I have had with one individual and I would like to know what legal remedies I have. I bought property in Dec. 2004. The closing agent recorded the wrong legal description. March 2005 I found the error but it was not until March 2010 that I finally got an attorney to meet with the seller and the closing agent to fix the problem and have it recorded correctly. However, in June 2008 the same seller sold a person in the same neighborhood property behind mine. The buyer was told, shown, and aware of the property he was buying. I have been maintaining and making improvements to my property over the course of the years. The buyer was aware my property was not recorded correctly when he bought his. However, after buying his property he began harassing me that he owned half my property and the improvements I made to it because of the incorrect way it was recorded. He has tried to sell my property to people out of state. He has trespassed on my property after being told he was not welcome on it. We did get a trespassing warning against him. He has visited the local property appraisers office giving them false information to try to change the property lines to benefit him (taking my property). He as visited the local building inspectors office cussing them out for giving me permits for the improvements to my land claiming it is his and they in turn had to contact me. He has tried to make me buy back my property for $50,000. He has come onto my property before the trespassing warrant threatening me, my family, and the work crew that was moving our house onto our property (this was the day we got the trespassing warning against him). He has told people in the community where our property is located he is going to teach me a lesson. He carries a firearm even though he has a domestic violence conviction from the past. I fear my safety as well as the safety of my family and my property. What can I do?

You're right you do have a list of problems. However, just as if you posted several medical issues, your problems can not be diagnosed simply on this forum. You ask what you can do and the answer is to call an attorney in your area that deals with real estate law. Any threats that he is making, you simply need to call the police and tell them you fear for your safety. A report will be made and he could be arrested.
