Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I live in Florida. My neighbor is constantly drinking beer and shouting loud "comments" and threatening me by continually staring at me from his front porch. Is there anything I can do to stop this? Or, do I just need to ignore him until he actually harms me or my puppy?

If his threats seem to you that he can carry out those threats, then you should immediately call the police. If it is more of an annoyance, then you should either ignore him or try a civil suit after talking to an attorney.
