Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I live in Florida had my record expunged 2003 (something I had done 20 yrs ago, when I was 19) in 2004 i was charged with another crime, the charges were dropped and case was dismissed. I am trying to find out if there is anything I can do to have my record cleared. I was working in the medical field and have not been able to find a job since.

At the moment, no, but you may be in luck come July. There is a bill being considered that will change Florida expungement law to allow a person to expunge more than one record (as now you can only seal or expunge one time). If passed, effective date will be 7/1/11. Please feel free to contact me directly at ExpungeRecordFlorida.com to learn more.
