Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If I live in Florida an another state accused me and charges me with a minor felony and issues an arrest warrant will my home state arrest me?

Florida could if the other state issues a warrant which usually happens in felony cases. I would strongly suggest getting an attorney in that other state.
