Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I live in Miami Florida, earlier today I was adjusting the sights on my airsoft gun and I was approached in my backyard with a gun in his hand pointed at me. Looks like someone filed a complaint, so I d say 15 officers, 3 undercovers, and a Sergeant surrounded my house. Any reason, a gun should be pointed 10 feet from my face?
