Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hi i live in the state of Florida and my question is do the state have the right to go back up on their plea offer once they have came down from 30 years to 5 years on the date of the trial

Unless the state says "This offer is good until _______," they have the right to change the offer higher or lower at any time until it is accepted by the defendant.
