While living in Florida, I was charged with marijuana cultivation . There were numerous areas of suspected illegal procedurei in my prosecution but could not be proved. Now,four years later, the entire narcotics team are under investigation for corruption dating back five years ago. Do I have any legal recourse on clearing my record?

If you can show actual innocence then there is a slight chance the case would be reopened. However, just because corrupt cops arrested you back then doesn't change the conviction. You might want to talk to a civil rights attorney if they violated your civil rights back then regardless of actual innocence.
