Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I loaned an expensive specialty tool from my business to a neighbor at my business who also runs a business next to me and he will not return it to me I have asked him politely for it and he will not give it back to me what can I do and does this constitute theft in order to help me get it back?

Yes it does. I suggest you report it to the police. However, you could also make a civil theft demand. Either way, it may help to talk to an attorney.
