Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is loitering standing for hours right in front of your office in the sidewalk? I have a former employee that i have fired that now spends his days right outside my shop just staring. I believe he may be doing this in order to intimidate customers. Can I call the cops to have him removed?

Depending on the circumstances, it MAY be possible to get a trespass warning issued against him. Again, without knowing all the facts, if he is trying to cost you business vs his 1st amendment rights, you may be able achieve this.
Good Luck,
