Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
How long for a court date?
Is there a length of time after a person is arrested for a felony charge that a court date is set? If after that time a date has not been set are the charges dropped? An arrest was made, bail set and paid for but no trial date has been set as yet.

Re: How long for a court date?
If you have been charged with a felony, by either information or indictment, a court date has been set. You should check with the clerk of the court for your next court date.
