Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
How long does it take to get a discovery from the state attorney or who ever that haves a video & pictures of me traffic an illegal drug suppose they have proof against me, and also i don't want my private attorney to wave my rights to a speedy trial. and i spent 45 days in jail and been out for about 17 days but i don't like the way things are working with this private attorney.

These are all questions you need to ask your private attorney. There are multiple reasons for a delay in the discovery and your attorney can discuss this with you. There are also pro's and con's to waiving speedy trial.
