How long could it take to get off early termination of probation once it is started?

Theoretically, you could ask the next day. In reality however, many, but not all, judges prefer to see you do at least half your probation. Since I know nothing of the facts of the case, and don't know where or why you want off probation, I strongly suggest you talk to an attorney in your area.
