How long can you press charges for molestation in Florida?
I was 4 years old and i am a male and my cousin was 5 years old and shes a female. There was a report but no charges were filed. Its coming back to me and now its giving me psycholigical problems. Can i still press charges against her myself? I am now 16 and she is now 17.

Since you are still a minor you can press charges. You can do this yourself. You should talk to a counselor for your own well being, the prosecutor for the criminal charge, and a civil attorney about pursuing a civil suit against this person.
