how long does it takes to see a judge if your case is, grand theft auto with third degree murder. and it wasnt you but you was just driving the car

You will see a judge within 48 hours of your arrest. Resolution of the matter will take much longer though. If you don't have one already, you need to hire an attorney or get a public defender.
