Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
How long after trial and incarceration does an attorney represent the client? For example if the sentence is a mix of incarceration then probabtion does the original private attorney have any obligation to discuss early probation termination requests/payment plans etc. on behalf of the client or are additional fees required?

It depends on the contract between the client and attorney. Most attorneys I know do not include termination motions in their fee, but you can always ask.
