Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I am no longer on probation and have completed all court requirements for a case with a disposition of adjudication withheld and I am in the process of having the record sealed/expunged, in the meantime:
Do I need to disclose information about a case with a disposition of adjudication withheld to colleges or employers when the application asks if I've ever been convicted of a misdemeanor, felony, or other crime?
