Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
lortab from pharmacy
my roommate was questioned and he admitted to taking about a total of 30 lortabs from his pharmacy where he works. He took like 3-4 lortabs a time and did it about 4 different times. since he lives with me and his parents live out of state what is the worst I can expect to happen to him??? loss of job? loss of job and pay restitution??? or even further charges and what not?? I just sord of want to know the law discussing this matter on what the worst he can have put against him??

Re: lortab from pharmacy
The worst scenario is prison time. Losing his job would be least of his problems.
