Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Loss of home through fraud

My inlaws purchased a home in Central Florida in 1987. It was bought by my father-in-laws son and placed in his name until their home sold in Miami. My in-laws turned over their home in Miami to him to sell. It was free and clear. There was a $7,000.00 difference in price. Instead of letting my in-laws re-finance the home, the son kept it in his name. He has said that when his father dies my mother-in-law and their mentally handicapped son will be kicked out. Her name was on the original home in Miami. This is the son's step-mother and half brother. He just did the same thing to his step-father in Miami when his mother passed away. He acts if he is helping then kicks them out. My father-in-law has complete documentation. The son is wealthy and my father-in-law lives on social security. They are ill and this situation is so stressful to them. He has used the home for colateral in different business dealings that he has. We want to be able to put a stop to this, sue him for what is rightfully theirs and something that was to be left to the son that was mentally chanllenged for his future care. They are suffering from the unknown which is causing their health problems to be much worse. Your help is appreciated.
