Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I made a big mistake & stole 70$ worth of cologne from Kohls store in Hollywood Fl... I was detained but never arrested i admitted it on paper this is my first offence what should i EXPECT ??? Really would Appreciate an answer...

Petty theft is punishable by jail and fines. As a first offender you can anticipate getting a non-jail offer and possibly a diversion program. If you have any other questions please ask.
