Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I made a mistake in allowing my abusive spouse back into my home after a restraining order had been put in place. Can I have him removed? He will not voluntarily leave and is being abusive.

You do not have the power or authority to allow him to violate the injunction. If you call the police he will be arrested and prosecuted for the violation.

If he is abusing you again, then you can call the police and he will be arrested for violating the injunction and the new abuse. Your safety and well being is at stake. Do not delay and call the police immediately.
