Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
can someone that has made a statement in the state of florida take it beack because the cops at the time put the person under deress and made them say anything to get there guy?

Not sure how you can "take it back." Once a statement is out there, it's out there. That said, statements can be clarified so you might want to talk to an attorney about the best way to get that clarification done.
