Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I get mail from State of Florida addressed to my daughter's "iffy" legal age boyfriend. When contacting ins. agencies for quotes his name has come up as a resident. With his age and criminal background I have been damaged. What are my options.

If he's not a resident, then make that clear. If he is resident and you don't want him to be, then you can evict him.
