Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
mail theft by former roommate
I moved in December and never got all my mail. I'm concerned my tax forms from my former employer will go there and the other person still there will throw it out or destroy it. What is the law for this sort of thing?

Not worth the effort, just update your addresses and ask for duplicate tax forms

I would recommend going to the post office and have your mail forwarded to your new address.
