Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
if a man has a past record and has been out of trouble for 10 years but is in a house when it is kicked in, can he be charged with a crime if he has no drugs on him and does not own or reside in the house?

If you're not committing a crime, then no you "shouldn't" be legally charged.
