mandatory sentecing in florida
What is the mandatory sentence for assault with a deadly weapon in the state of Florida? An young male I know (19 y.o.a.) assaulted another male with a tire wrench, causing significant bodily harm. The victim had to go to the hospital and ended up with 9 staples in his head. The individual I know has no previous offenses.
