It depends.... on your prior record, the quanity of the the substance, what your exact charges are, ie. intent to sell, or simple possession etc... Your real concern should be whether there is a good case against you, did they have a VALID search warrant? what other evidence do they have that indicates its yours? etc, etc... In reality, you would probably get probation if you have no prior record. GOOD LUCK, and try to defend yourself, DO NOT PLEA without a fight!
