marijuana growing
I heard that under 21 marijuana plants it is consitered a misdeamor is this true or false please let me know

You heard wrong. Growing marijuana is a felony called cultivation. If they have evidence of sale(i.e. 21 plants), then you also can be charged with traffiking ; both or which are felonies with a 3 year minimum manditory sentence.
