Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
married felons cohabitating in FL
It is my understanding that convicted felons cannot cohabitate in FL. What if the recently convicted felons (separate incidents) have been living together for 11 years, and married for 9 years? Is it necessary for one of the spouses to vacate the residence?
