Re: max and min. sentence on 3 counts of petit theft
If the property stolen was worth less than $100, the maximum sentence is 60 days in jail and $500 per charge. If the property stolen was worth more than $100, the maximum sentence is 364 days in jail and $1000 per charge.
There are some other possible consequences as well, depending on what was stolen. For instance, if you steal gasoline, you can lose your driver's license.

As stated in my answer to your previous question, in all likelihood, as a first time juvenile offender you may be given a stiff warning and perhaps be released on a probationary type program. Restitution will be ordered so that the victim will be made whole. The result may be dependent upon your attitude before the judge in the courtroom. You need to look your best and try to act as a responsible young adult - and not as a thug. Judges will often take this into consideration.

A second Petit Theft conviction, or a Petit Theft of more than $100 but less than $300 is up to 365 days in jail, twelve months probation, and or $1,000 fine.
