Meranda Rights
My Boyfriend was arrested for Violation Of Probation and he was never read his meranda Rights Is this legal??

Miranda Rights protect you against self incriminating statements made to the police during custodial interrogations. A legal arrest would not be deemed invalid if one was not read their Miranda rights after being arrested.
