Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

In Michigan's Court system, there is an agreement called a "Cobb's Agreement".

Where as the defense attorney and the prosecutor make an aggrement between themselfs as to what the sentence will be, if the defendant accepts that agreement in a plea bargain.

The presiding Judge, if agree's to the terms of the plea bargain, signs this "Cobbs Agreement".

And by the Judge signing this agreement has to go along with the terms of that agreement made between the Defense Attorney, and the Prosecutor.

My question is...is Michigan's Cobbs Agreement only in Michigan, or it it nationwide in the U.S.A.

Also, if Florida has this law too, can you let me read it on line so I can print it out.

Thanks very much in advance, for your help and time.

There are written plea agreements in every state. There are not often done in state court as being superfluous though. However, there is no "form" agreement. It depends on the facts of each case.
