middle school disruption
im in middle school me and my friend were playing around and the officer at our school told us that she is going to charge us for disrupting lunch. can you get charged for that

Disrupting a school function is a crime, but it's really a stretch to see how disrupting a lunch falls under that statute. I guess it's possible that she could charge you, but I'd be surprised if the judge or the prosecutor allowed it to go to court.
