The judge can probably give you a community service option for some of your costs (most likely cost of supervision) where you can do community service in lieu of costs. The judge probably can not reduce your fines because they are set by statute. Is there a specific reason Ohio rejected you? Many times the issue has to do with how the sentence was announced in court. There is a possibility you can have a sentence modified (generally probationers with less than 1 yr of probation are eligible for mail-in status which allows residing anywhere)
