More information is required to answer your question. Burglary charges range from 3rd degree felonies with a 5 year DOC max to life felonies, depending on the facts & circumstances alleged in the information. Grand theft offenses are usually 3rd degree felonies as well, but can range higher based on the amount at issue or special enhancements which may elevate the offense to a higher degree felony. As for your priors, juvenile offenses can only be scored if they are within 5 years of the date of the new offense and as such, are not likely to come into play here unless you were charged as an adult. L&P is a misdemeanor and will score 0.2 of a point, as will the Petit Theft and DV Battery.
