whats the minimum a person can with armed burglary with no evidence

Even a first time offender will score out to at least 5 years or so, but it is punishable by life in prison. Of course if there is no evidence then you should fight it and go to trial. I am located in your area if you wish to give me a call at 727-528-1859.
