The maximum fine would be $1,000, because it is a first degree misdemeanor. The minimum fine may vary depending on which county where the crime allegedly occurred. In Palm Beach county, court costs are around $300. The better question to ask is whether adjudication will be withheld. If there's an adjudication, (an actual criminal conviction) you will lose your license for 2 years. This is required, the judge has to revoke your license.
