Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Is a minor allowed to move in with an adult?
Im planning to move in with my boyfriend as soon as I finish my last year of High school. After i finish school i will be 17 and my boyfriend will be 20. Im planning on moving out to go to a university and renting an apartment with him. My mom doesn't like him at all and I think that she wont allow the idea of me moving in with him. I'm moving out either way because the university im planning to go at is far away. My 18th birthday is a few months after the semester starts What can my mom do to keep me from living with him? What are the laws on a minor living with an adult?.
