Miranda Rights-not read
If a person is not read their Miranda Rights before being interrogated, what effect can this have on a trial (If it is found that one was not read their rights, what changes will be made to the trial)?

You question ia too vague. Miranda warnings dont always have to be read. If a confession is involuntary it is suppressed
