Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Miranda warning question
If you have an arrest warrant and you turn yourself in do you still have to be Miranderized by an officer or since you turned yourself in it doesnt count.2nd part of my question if you do have to be Miranderized and they never read you rights could a case be thrown out?
